OUR PRIDE
We pride ourselves with a unique and interesting twist on the classic Peri Peri Chicken. Flamos’ flavour profile has roots in Southern Africa from the countries of Angola and Mozambique where the Peri Peri chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens) is harvested. We at Flamos have combined these roots with classical European spices. After rigorous testing and experimenting, our master chefs have brought something unique and exciting that will leave you wanting more!

This 100% Canadian born concept is already making waves across the country. With two locations in Ontario, the future of Flamos is promising.
